One of the major attractions for buyers at both our Great Glen Hall and Great Glen Gardens developments is having the beautiful Craig Dunain Community Woodland on the doorstep.

The area is a haven for nature lovers and those who just want to lose themselves in the peace and tranquillity of the forest.

So when a recent project was announced to breathe new life into the duck pond area of the woods we were only too happy to help.

Robertson Homes is supplying the materials and labour free of charge to install a new squirrel viewing screen surrounding the pond, onto which two local Inverness artists have been tasked to create a nature-themed mural.

The artwork has been designed to inspire children in particular to learn about the importance of nature and the great outdoors.

Jacqui McPherson, sales manager for Robertson Homes, said: “Dunain Community Woodland is such an important part of the local landscape and we are so lucky to have it close to both our Great Glen Hall and Great Glen Gardens developments.

"Our new residents love having an area of such natural beauty next to their new homes so we were pleased to be able to support this project to give the duck pond some TLC and make it a safe and attractive area the local community can be proud of.”
