Five years working as a sales adviser for a national housebuilder gave Carli plenty of opportunity to develop a deep knowledge of the new build market in East Scotland.
So when the opportunity arose for Carli to join Robertson Homes as a sales consultant, her love of our range of properties made it a straightforward decision.
Carli explains: “Working for a volume developer as a field sales adviser, I was often out and about and immersed in new build sales, so I was very aware of all the different types of homes all the housebuilders were offering.
“It was clear to me that Robertson Homes’ properties are unique. The specification that is included as standard in a Robertson home is far superior to what the other housebuilders are offering and the range of designs and locations which Robertson has really appealed to me.
“These homes speak for themselves; I used to find myself having to explain benefits of particular properties, but Robertson’s homes do the talking for me – once somebody experiences a Robertson show home they seem to instantly imagine how their life could be in that home and I think that is due to Robertson understanding individuals better. It is a more personal experience on every level.”
Carli will be based at our upcoming St Margarets development at the site of the former Rosslynee Hospital in Roslin, Midlothian.
St. Margarets will feature 121 new four, five and six bedroom detached homes, set within a parkland environment of mature woodland with breath-taking views.
“I can’t wait for this development to launch” says Carli. “It is a stunning location and I know the area well, having previously worked nearby, so I’m well placed to be able to offer advice to customers looking to move here.
“As somebody who loves the outdoors and living in semi-rural locations, I can relate to the clients this development will attract and I’m excited about helping people settle in this special place.”
