Our Stewart Garden Room home at Southfield Grange in Newton Mearns picked up the bronze medal for Best House at the WhatHouse? Awards 2022.
The awards are the Oscars of the housebuilding industry and celebrate the very best homes in Britain.
The judges of the awards, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, were especially impressed by the energy efficiency and sustainability of this environmentally friendly property and the thought which has gone into the interior layout, making it a highly practical home for the larger family.
This is the second success in consecutive years for Robertson Homes at the WhatHouse? Awards after our Great Glen Gardens development picked up the silver award for Best Starter Home Scheme in 2021.
It also marks a hat-trick of recent awards for the Stewart Garden Room in 2022, after it was declared Best Show Home at both the Herald Property Awards and Scottish Home Awards.
Sharon Spinelli, Sales and Marketing Director at Robertson Homes, said: “This is a huge achievement. The Stewart Garden Room is quite simply a stunning home and for the judges of the WhatHouse? Awards to place it amongst the best three homes in Britain is phenomenal.
“Yes, it has the ‘wow’ factor but it is also a very cleverly designed and high quality home and, for me, this award recognises the attention to detail which goes into every home in the Robertson range.”
