Robertson Homes’ stunning six-bedroom Stewart Garden Room show home at Southfield Grange in Newton Mearns is now a double award winner after picking up a top prize at the Herald Property Awards 2022.
The property won ‘Best Show Home’ at the prestigious awards held in Glasgow in September and is the second such award for the Stewart Garden Room, following hot on the heels of success in the same category at the Scottish Home Awards in June.
Sharon Spinelli, Robertson Homes sales and marketing director, said: “As soon as you walk through the door you realise you are in a very special property and the judges of the Herald Property Awards obviously felt the same.
“It is a home with a genuine ‘wow’ factor and we regularly get feedback from visitors who say it’s the best show home they’ve ever seen.
“It has been beautifully designed, both in architecture and style and there is a surprise round every corner, including a very cool cinema room and lots of amazing bespoke furniture. It really is a home which makes people smile.”
The judges of the Herald Property Awards were impressed by the Stewart Garden Room’s overall design and the high quality and range of the specifications, which features the latest technology and stylish fixtures and fittings from some of the world’s most exclusive brands.
Robertson Homes was also a finalist in four other categories at the Herald Awards, being shortlisted for Best Small Family Home for our Jacobson property; Best Large Family Home for our Murray Garden Room; Best Interior Design and Best Residential Sales Team.
The Stewart Garden Room will be looking to achieve a hat trick of awards at the national What House? Awards this November when it competes for the prize of Best House in the UK.
Before then, it will have a new owner as this incredible, fully furnished property has just been released for sale.
Sharon added: “Whoever buys this home knows they will have a property which has wowed some of the most experienced property professionals in the country. It genuinely is a dream home in every sense of the word.”
