Robertson Homes has been shortlisted in no fewer than six categories in the Scottish Home Awards 2024.
As the current Housebuilder of the Year, we are looking forward to defending our title in this year’s event on Thursday 13th June at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Glasgow Central.
We have been named as a finalist in the following categories:
- Housebuilder of the Year (more than 100 units)
- Show Home of the Year - The Mitchell Grand at Thorn View, Bearsden
- Apartment Development of the Year - Great Glen Rise Apartments, Inverness
- Housing Development of the Year (Small Private Sale) - Thorn View, Glasgow
- Housing Development of the Year (Large Private Sale) - Newton Manor, Dunbar
- House of the Year - The Jacobson Garden Room, Newton Manor, Dunbar
The Scottish Home Awards is Scotland’s largest independent awards initiative for the housing industry, recognising excellence in construction, design, customer service, sustainability and employee welfare.
Sharon Spinelli, sales and marketing director at Robertson Homes, said: “The competition in the Scottish Home Awards is fierce and only the very best of the best homes and developments are shortlisted.

“We’ve loved being the Housebuilder of the Year for the past 12 months and we can hopefully celebrate bringing home more silverware in June.”
