Congratulations to Liz Hall who joined our North Scotland region as a sales consultant three years ago and has now been promoted to senior sales executive.
Liz has spent time helping customers at all our Inverness sites – including the spectacular Great Glen Hall.
She said: “I started just as the Hall was launched and it has been a privilege to sell homes in this spectacular building and see people move in.
“So much love and hard work has gone into its transformation and it is very exciting that it has been shortlisted as Development of the Year in the Homes for Scotland Awards.
“It is really nice to have the recognition for all the team who have worked on site and we have our fingers crossed.”
Liz previously worked in hospitality as assistant manager at a high-profile hotel and says customer service is still her top priority.
“With any customer-facing business it is about making the experience as pleasant and as easy as possible.
“Every Robertson Homes property is exceptional, from the starter apartments to the largest and grandest family home, and so well thought out that it is a joy to show people round and talk through what is possible.
“The company has been hugely supportive to me and my colleagues and has also invested in new systems to make the customer journey more accessible and comfortable.”
