Unveiling a single new show home is a great team effort and an occasion to celebrate so we are especially delighted and proud to have launched no fewer than FIVE new show homes across the Central Belt in the past month.
At Glendevon Grange in Winchburgh, West Lothian, we have opened the doors on the five-bedroom Everett Grand; recently awarded the title of ‘Best House’ at the Scottish Home Awards 2021.
The five-bedroom Mackintosh Garden Room at Glendevon Grange will also feature as a show home allowing visitors to see for themselves one of the many ways our versatile, signature garden room can be used for everyday life.
The Mackintosh Garden Room itself was recently nominated for award recognition, being a finalist in the ‘Show home of the Year’ category at the Herald Property Awards.
Just eight miles south of Glendevon Grange, we have also unveiled a further two new show homes at Calderwood in East Calder.
The four-bedroom Hutton Garden Room and the six-bedroom Lawrie Grand are both set to wow visitors with the latter demonstrating how modern family living is perfectly suited to three-storey properties.
Last but not least, we have launched the stunning six-bedroom Stewart Garden Room as a show home at Southfield Grange in Newton Mearns, East Renfrewshire.
The Stewart Garden Room show home made a huge impression at our Wynyard Estate development in North East England, clocking up nearly half-a-million views on You Tube when reviewed by property vloggers Matt and Summer and being recognised as one of the top three residential properties in the North East at the Insider Property Awards. We know it will make the same huge impression on our Newton Mearns visitors.
