Robertson Builds the Best Home in Scotland – Official!
Robertson Homes won the prestigious ‘House of the Year’ award at the Scottish Home Awards 2021.
The panel of expert judges decided our Everett Grand property at Glenburn Manor in Jackton was the best individual home to be built in the whole of Scotland this year.
The award was presented to Robertson Homes’ managing director John Murphy at a glittering ceremony at DoubleTree by Hilton Glasgow Central on 16 September.
John said: “There is no better accolade than being judged to have built the best new home in the country over the past 12 months.
“The Everett Grand embodies everything that Robertson stands for; the highest quality standards of design and layout, stunning interior specification, exceptional value for money and eye-catching kerb appeal.
“Housebuilding awards ultimately all come down to the individual homes we create and this award is recognition for the whole Robertson team who have worked incredibly hard and should be rightly proud to be responsible for producing the best new build home this year.”
The Everett Grand is a hugely popular, extremely spacious five-bedroom detached home spread over three floors with an integral garage.
With more than 2118 sq ft of living space it is the perfect property for family living, with an L-shaped open plan kitchen, dining and garden room the ideal space for family interaction and a second floor that can be used in numerous ways to suit individual lifestyles.
Julie Henderson, sales manager for Robertson Homes Scotland West, said: “It is no surprise the Everett Grand won this award.
“The feedback we receive from our customers on the versatility of the property and how it can adapt to suit families at every stage of their lives assured us we have something extra special.
“I’m delighted every customer who has bought an Everett Grand is now living in an award-winning home.”
The Everett Grand features at a number of our developments across Scotland and will be the stunning new show home at our Glendevon Grange development in Winchburgh opening on 7 October.
