Robertson Homes is proud to have been shortlisted in no fewer than six categories of the Scottish Home Awards 2023, including the prestigious Housebuilder of the Year.
The independent awards have recognised the very best in residential property quality and design for the past 16 years and we are thrilled that a number of our homes and developments have impressed the panel of expert judges.
Hamilton Heights in Hamilton is a finalist for Housing Development of the Year (Large Private Sale) and its show home - the Mitchell Garden Room – is shortlisted for Show Home of the Year.
Our collection of 42 homes at Southfield Grange in Newton Mearns has been shortlisted for Housing Development of the Year (Small Private Sale) and the Jacobson Garden Room property at Newton Manor in Dunbar is up for the House of the Year award.
Completing the half dozen is a nomination for the Community Contribution Award for our work to support Age Scotland’s Friendship Line Service, which aims to tackle loneliness in Scotland’s older community.
Sharon Spinelli, sales and marketing director at Robertson Homes, said: “The Scottish Home Awards is a competition which recognises excellence in the new build sector and the range of categories in which Robertson Homes has been nominated shows the care and attention to detail which goes into every home and development we build.
“Being a responsible housebuilder also means supporting the communities in which we build so I am delighted that our work to support Age Scotland has also been acknowledged as one of the best examples of community initiative.”
