Scottish Home Awards 2026

We are thrilled to be shortlisted as a finalist no fewer than eight times across seven categories of the Scottish Home Awards 2026.

The Scottish Home Awards is Scotland’s leading celebration of excellence in housing and development and highlights the importance of delivering homes that not only meet the highest standards of quality and design but also serve the needs of communities.

Robertson Homes is a finalist for the prestigious Housebuilder of the Year title, an award we held for two consecutive years in 2023 and 2024.

Our Leonardo Garden Room at Meadowside in Bo’ness is nominated for House of the Year (up to £500k) with the Murray Garden Room at St Margarets in Rosslynlee, shortlisted in the £500k-£850k) category.

Two of our developments have been shortlisted for Housing Development of the Year; Torvean in Inverness in the large category and Shawfair in Dalkeith for smaller sites.

Robertson Homes is renowned for our award-winning show home designs and this year both our show homes at Meadowside – the Mitchell Garden Room and the Everett Grand – are finalists in the Show Home of the Year category.

Completing our octad of nominations is Excellence in Customer Service, which recognises the extraordinary lengths we have gone to over the past 12 months to ensure our customers receive the highest levels of service, which has also resulted in us maintaining our HBF Five Star Builder status.
