The Homes for Scotland Awards celebrate best practice in housebuilding, demonstrating exactly how “Homes Build Futures” for communities the length and breadth of Scotland.

Shawfair is a luxury collection of 23 four, five and six bedroom new homes in the emerging new town, offering countryside style living on Edinburgh’s doorstep.

The development impressed the Homes for Scotland judges with its well considered development layout, attractive street scenes, diversity of house types, building techniques, use of materials, landscaping and biodiversity.

Other criteria making Shawfair a winning development included overall quality of homes, customer satisfaction, innovation, community engagement and the skill and dedication of the five-star Robertson Homes team.
