Terms & Conditions

*Eligible customers can choose ONLY ONE of the three available incentives.

*Only on selected plots on selected developments, subject to status and availability. There may be selected plots whereby only two of the available incentives can be granted.

*Each of the three available incentives are NOT available in conjunction with any other offer unless agreed at the time of reservation.

*Colour choice may not be available on selected flooring packages as flooring may already be fitted.

*Great Glen Rise has a choice of one 2 incentives. Customer can choose from either full LBTT paid with a flooring package or % deposit paid.

*Part Exchange:

  • Part Exchange is available to existing homeowners only.
  • If you’re eligible for Part Exchange, we will organise the sale of your existing home from start to finish. Robertson Home will agree a fair and realistic price for your home with you, based on two independent estate agent valuations. The house is then purchased from us at market value based on a 6–8 week sale.

*5% Deposit Paid:

  • This offer is not available on Buy to Let property purchases.
  • This offer is for Robertson Homes to contribute towards your deposit up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price.
  • This 5% sum will be agreed with you prior to the reservation of a Robertson Homes property.
  • Robertson Homes’ contribution of 5%  towards the cost of a new home is paid directly to the purchaser’s solicitor at the time of legal completion. It is not paid to the purchaser.
  • Purchasers must meet the lender’s mortgage eligibility criteria.
  • Legal completion must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation in accordance with the terms and conditions of the legal contract.
  • Robertson Homes reserve the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to payment of a reservation fee.

*LBTT Paid:

  • If the home purchased is not your only home, you will have to cover any additional Stamp Duty/LBTT incurred for the second home.

*Price Reductions

  • Reservations on selected plots with reduced price must be in a position to missive on date agreed by Robertson Homes.
