Firstly, choose your dream Robertson Home.

Our Sales Executive will then take some basic details about your property as part of your EasyMove application, together with a £500 holding fee.

Benefit from two valuations on your property. Access must be permitted within 48 hours of the EasyMove enquiry being submitted. 

The estate agents will provide their professional opinion to Robertson Homes who will discuss with you what your home is likely to sell for.

Once the valuations are back, we'll discuss them with you and agree a marketing price for your home. You now have an EasyMove Reservation on your new home!

The selected estate agent will list your property once your conditional missive is in place. We'll then market your home for an initial 6 week period. We even cover the cost of your Home Report and estate agent fees!

Our EasyMove scheme has an incredible track record which is why we are confident we will find you a buyer within 6 weeks!
