We aim to make you an offer within 7 days of your Guaranteed Move application, subject to valuations and a satisfactory Home Report** being received. We will also agree a price to market your home at.

Once agreed, you can reserve your new Robertson Home!

The estate agent you choose will list your property for sale after conclusion of missives - Scotland only. We will cover the cost of your Home Report as well as your marketing and selling fees!

Terms & Conditions

Our “Guaranteed Move” service is only available on selected Robertson homes subject to our discretion. We have the right to refuse your application for the Guaranteed Move service. We will only accept a Guaranteed Move reservation in the
absence of a cash purchaser. Geographically, we will only consider a Guaranteed Move reservation if the sale of your existing property can be easily managed from a Robertson Homes regional office location.

You agree to Robertson Homes appointing an estate agent to market and sell your existing property. Whilst we will consult with you, the terms of that appointment (including the choice of agent and the list price) will be at Robertson Homes’ discretion. You agree to allow the appointed agent to market existing property and arrange viewings by appointment, at reasonable times. You agree not to instruct another agent during the period that your Guaranteed Move reservation is active and, if you have an existing contract with an agent, you agree you will cancel the agreement with that agent. Robertson Homes will not be liable for any related cancellation fees.

The buyer of your existing property must be able to exchange within a period of 14 days from the date their offer is accepted.

If no acceptable offer is received within the temporary reservation period, we reserve the right to remarket our available plot.

The Guaranteed Move service cannot be used with any other incentives or purchase services unless Robertson Homes specifically agree at the time of reservation. Agent fees, home report costs (where applicable) and the contribution to removal fees will be payable on legal completion of your new Robertson home provided the sale of your existing property is achieved through the agent agreed by Robertson Homes and within the agreed timescales.
