Thorn View Shortlisted for Prestigious Award
We are extremely proud of our Thorn View development of new homes in Bearsden, Glasgow so we’re pleased to share the news that it is a finalist in the prestigious Homes for Scotland Awards 2024.
Shortlisted in the Best Development (Medium) category, Thorn View was judged on creating a quality place to live, the diversity of house designs, overall character and landscaping.
It was also rated for strong customer satisfaction levels, sustainability and its social, environmental and economic benefits.
The Homes for Scotland Awards are open to all housebuilders across Scotland, showcasing examples of best practice and innovation in the housebuilding sector.
This year’s theme centres around how the housing needs of everyone who lives, or wants to live, in Scotland is being met.

The overall winner will be announced on 17th May at the Homes for Scotland Annual Lunch and Awards presentation.
