The fantastic team at Darlington’s Covid vaccination centre were given a tasty treat from Robertson Homes as a thank you for all their ongoing hard work.
We asked the chefs at the Baydale Beck Inn in Low Coniscliffe to create mouth-watering meals for all the staff and volunteers at Darlington’s Feethams House who are working tirelessly to protect the local community.
As an additional token of our appreciation we also presented each team member with a box of handmade chocolates from Inspired Chocolate of Leyburn in the Yorkshire Dales.
Karen Mercer, sales manager for Robertson Homes said: “We wanted to show everyone at the vaccination centre in Darlington their efforts aren’t going unnoticed and by ordering all the meals from The Baydale Beck Inn we were also able to support a much loved village pub close to our Coniscliffe Grange development.
“The hospitality industry has been seriously affected by the lockdowns and we know how much the Baydale Beck Inn is valued in the local community. Thank you to Carl and the team at the pub for supplying the meals and we know our new residents at Coniscliffe Grange, along with the rest of the local community, will enjoy visiting this great village pub when restrictions are lifted.”
Joshua Stansfield, Covid care coordinator at Feethams House, said: “This was a lovely gesture from Robertson Homes and all our team were extremely grateful for their meals and chocolates.”
