In the process of purchasing at house from Robertson’s at Hamilton Heights. With our current house we have had such a bad experience we were very reluctant to go for another new house. The sales process with Gillian has been so smooth and she has went out her way to be so helpful and to ensure there has been no hiccups, really good co-ordination with the kitchen designers. Cannot fault anything so far. Russell the site agent has been such a breath of fresh air compared to what we have experienced before. The overview he gives of the build process, his communication about the extras we ordered, confirming all the sockets, etc have been put in the correct locations. Any issues are not a problem for him to rectify. You can see how conscientious he is and the pride he takes in his work. They make a great team and are an asset to Robertson Homes. I actually feel confident about moving now.
