Positive first home journey!
We just moved into our first home yesterday and our journey thus far has been very positive! Our sales executive has helped us during every stage of our build, clarifying everything when we were unsure. She made the house building process seem very quick as she kept in touch with us every week so we knew what was happening and what we needed to do at each stage. Additionally, I was constantly emailing/phoning to clarify things or ask questions and never once was I made to feel like I was being a hindrance. She was always positive and happy to help.
We are absolutely delighted with the house and the way we have been treated by both the sales and the site team, especially the site manager. He has helped us in so many ways around the house and been extremely accommodating to all of our needs.
