We are proud to share the news that our Mitchell Grand house at Thorn View in Bearsden picked up two prestigious awards at the What House? Awards 2023.
The What House? Awards are known as the ‘Oscars’ of the housebuilding industry, recognising the very best new homes across the UK and judged by property experts who visit developments and inspect individual homes.
The Awards are the ultimate symbol of prestige and excellence, so we are thrilled to collect the Bronze Award in the ‘Best House’ category. This is a fiercely contested category which assesses every aspect of a modern home, including the design, specifications, location, materials, build quality, energy efficiency and value for money.
We also picked up the Silver Award for ‘Best Interior Design’ for our Mitchell Grand show home at Thorn View.
The judges were particularly impressed with our theme of ‘Re-found, Reclaim, Reuse’, which features locally sourced, pre-loved fixtures and furniture, and praised the design for being ‘calm, yet exciting and stylish’.
Robertson Homes’ Sales & Marketing Director, Sharon Spinelli, picked up the awards at the ceremony on Park Lane in London, and said: “The What House? Awards attract entries from housebuilders the length and breadth of the UK, so to win two awards is fantastic recognition of the quality of our homes and the skill, passion and dedication of our team.
