Exciting new development of 71 luxury 4, 5 & 6 bedroom detached homes coming soon to Winchburgh. The development is located on the Western edge of Winchburgh, just 12 miles west of the city of Edinburgh and 6 miles west of Edinburgh Airport. When complete, the masterplan will create at least 3,450 new homes which includes improved transport links, a mixed-use town centre and an 85-acre district park.

Winchburgh is well served for education with the village boasting state of the art offerings for both Primary and Secondary pupils. Three new schools have been built in what has been West Lothian’s biggest ever investment in education.

Improved transport links will ensure that Winchburgh is better connected to West Lothian, Edinburgh and beyond, and includes further rail, road, park and ride, canal, pedestrian and cycle access routes. The new M9 junction provides fast access to and from Edinburgh city centre and West Lothian.

A brand-new marina and moorings on the historic Union Canal to the east of the new town centre will provide a range of leisure activities for Winchburgh residents and visitors. The development includes the creation of Auldcathie District Park, a brand new 85-acre district park. Reclaimed from a former landfill site, the park will include a café, community growing areas, woodland walks and play areas. The masterplan will also deliver three new neighbourhood parks.

At Robertson Homes, you’ll discover homes expertly built with an elegant design and clever layout to maximise space and natural light. Inside you’ll find the open plan living spaces Robertson Homes is famed for, as well as our spectacular garden rooms with cathedral style windows, a place that allows you to bring the outside in and offers the perfect place to play, entertain and relax. We believe it’s the small details that make the difference and our homes come equipped with a desirable and trusted brand as standard.
