From the A66/A167 roundabout follow Carmel Road South (A67) north west, taking the first exit from the roundabout at the Jet petrol station and continue along A67 for about 1.5 miles until you reach the village of Low Coniscliffe on your left, just after the Baydale Beck Inn. Turn left into Gate Lane and Coniscliffe Grange is on your left.

From Darlington take the B6280 south west and at the roundabout with Carmel Road South with the Jet Garage on your left take the second exit (straight on) to join the A67. Continue for about 1.5 miles until you reach the village of Low Coniscliffe on your left, just after the Baydale Beck Inn. Turn left onto Gate Lane and Coniscliffe Grange is immediately on your left.
