From Edinburgh and Glasgow, follow signs for the City of Edinburgh Bypass. Continue on the Bypass until you reach Sheriffhall Roundabout then take the 3rd exit to stay on the Bypass. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A1 slip road to Berwick upon Tweed/A1. Continue on this road for 20 miles until you reach Thistly Cross Roundabout, take the 3rd exit to continue on the A1. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto Spott Road and continue through the next roundabout. At the T-junction turn right onto the A1087/Bowmont Terrace. Continue on this road and Newton Manor will be on your right hand side.
