We have been in business successfully for more than fifty years and are part of the Robertson Group which employs over 2,200 people across a range of construction related projects.

We are currently recruiting in Scotland and the North of England. We are seeking sales staff who go that bit further to delight prospective clients (and complete a sale as a result). You’ll find your colleagues are similarly minded - this is very much a team business – but you would be our front line.

For that reason, we expect a lot of our sales staff. We expect them to be game for anything; to be quick thinkers to cope with a fast paced environment and we want you to challenge anything which isn’t right or that we could do better.

We expect our sales staff to be intelligent, professional, confident, enthusiastic, super organised and energetic. You’ll also need emotional intelligence to cope with a diverse range of people and situations.

All this is more important than having done this job before and we’ll give you all the training you need – but some experience of sales negotiation would give you a head start.

We can also promise you diversity. No two days are ever the same when you are dealing with the public. But buying a home is such a major purchase that the ability to build genuine relationships; to listen and go the extra mile for clients is not only a key part of the job but the source of deep, personal satisfaction for the kind of people we are looking to talk to.
