Buying Guide
Our experienced Sales Consultants will guide you through every stage of
buying a Robertson Home, making the whole process of moving a bit less
stressful.
Here’s how it works:
1. Reserve your Robertson Home.
Visit your preferred development and speak to one of our Sales Consultants.
Confirm the price of your chosen property with them. Pay your reservation
fee. Then you’ll have 14 days to appoint a solicitor and sign all the legal
documentation.
Once reserved, your home is taken off the market and once you’ve signed all
the legal documentation, we’ll ask you to pay a deposit. Both your reservation
fee and deposit are then deducted from the purchase price.
2. Apply for a mortgage.
Robertson Homes will automatically refer you to an Independent Financial
Adviser to help you with this process.
3. Personalise your home.
Here’s the best bit. Start creating your unique look. *Choose
between an extensive range of high quality appliances, kitchen units, vanity
units and floor coverings.
4. Take the tour.
Your Sales Consultant will invite you for a home demonstration. Your Sales
Consultant and Site Manager will show you how everything works in your new
home.
5. Legal completion.
When you reserve, we will give you an estimated move in date. On completing,
your funds will be transferred to our Robertson Homes solicitor. Your solicitor
will receive the title deeds to your new property and these will then be
forwarded to your lender.
6. Move in.
And that’s it. You’ll have the keys, and be the proud owner of a Robertson
Home.
This whole process is designed to create a smooth and stress free transition
from reservation to walking through your front door. Perfect.
