Planning Status

Knightsbridge, a division of Robertson Homes, has revealed detailed plans as part of a new £70 million masterplan proposal for central St Andrews.  The site lies wtihin the St Andrews outstanding conservation area and is located to the east of the town centre.

The site is zoned for mixed use within the finalised St Andrews and East Fife Local Plan, and forms a fundamental part of Fife Council's effective land supply for the plan period.

A detailed planning application with regards to St. Nicholas House and the grounds to the rear will be submitted within the coming weeks, with a further community engagement excercise planned for July/August 2010, with regards to the more detailed plans for the wider site.  For further information on the community consultation process click here
