Bearsden, located to the north west of Glasgow, is one of Scotland’s most affluent neighbourhoods and is an ideal commuter town for those working in Glasgow. Our new Kilmardinny Gate development is located on the north-east edge of Bearsden, and offers 79 four- and five-bedroom detached homes.

Bearsden is situated approximately six miles north of Glasgow, 30 miles from Stirling and 60 miles from Edinburgh. The site is within the catchment area of Bearsden Academy, one of the top performing schools in East Dunbartonshire. Other nearby schools include Douglas Academy (11th in Scotland), Turnbull High School (21st in Scotland) and Boclair Academy (26th in Scotland).
